Ministry Administrator
ROLE: Reporting to the Overseers, the role involves strategizing and managing all Ministry Communications and Branding, as well as promoting, coordinating, and establishing relationships with various Partners. Responsibilities: •Develop and execute strategies to manage all forms of media, including print, online, mobile, and social media. Ensure clear and accurate communication, promotion, and publicity of the ministry's events and activities. Responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content that can effectively communicates the messaging of the Ministry. •Align all communications with the Core Values, Calling, and Strategies of the Ministry. •Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ministry, including coordinating creative developments, administration, email and social media posting, database management, and creative assets management. •Collaborate with the internal and external Audio, Video, IT, and digital groups to produce edifying creative materials. •Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Overseers. Requirements: •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in mass communication, digital media, multimedia, or related disciplines. •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or marketing •At least 3 years of experience in managing a team. •Excellent command of both spoken and written English. •Strong leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities.•Good strategic and critical thinking skills, along with the problem-solving abilities.
•Creative and resourceful, with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Organized, meticulous, and able to meet strict deadlines.

HR Supervisor
Managing, formulating, developing and implementing policies, procedures of the company related to all HR functions. Ensure employee development through various internal and external training programs. Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Administration or related field from an accredited college or university. Experience: Equivalent to at least five (5) years work experience in various HR related functions (Recruitment Selection and Staffing, HR Administration, Compensation Benefits & Community Relations). Experience in a managerial capacity is desired.HR Assistant
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, or any related field from an accredited college or university. Equivalent to at least one (1) year work experience in various HR related functions (Recruitment Selection and Staffing, HR Administration, Compensation Benefits & Community Relations). Knowledge of basic principles and practices of HR administration, Recruitment Selection and Staffing, HR Partner & Community Relations; record keeping and confidentiality.MARKETING
