Flavours Sales Executive

Responsibilities: •Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the food, beverage, and related industries for the company's flavour product offerings. •Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. •Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for new product development and market expansion. •Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, offering tailored flavour solutions that meet their specific needs in terms of taste, quality, and regulations. •Meet and exceed sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management. •Lead negotiations with clients, manage pricing strategies, and ensure contracts are successfully closed in line with company policies. •Conduct presentations and tastings for prospective clients, showcasing the company’s product portfolio. •Travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences as needed to strengthen business relationships and expand the company’s presence in the market. Requirements: •A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field (preferred). •Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with a specific focus on flavours, ingredients, or food additives. •Strong understanding of the flavours and ingredients industry, including trends, product applications, and regulatory standards. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed sales decisions. •Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Key Account Manager – Flavours (Sweet & Savory)

Responsibilities: •Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector, by forecasting, sampling, providing price quotations and follow up of customer submissions and queries. •Identify, evaluate and drive business growth via new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. •Collaborate with clients to provide ideas and tailored flavour solutions that meet their current and potential product needs. •Partner with the Marketing team to prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and innovations. •Maintain customer information and database related to the accounts. •Develop comprehensive action plans driven by a thoughtful understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition data. •Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Requirements: •Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role within the flavour or food ingredients industry. Strong network within the F&B manufacturing sector will be advantageous. •Good technical knowledge of food products and flavour applications. •Proven ability to manage key accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and business retention, with knowledge of B2B environment. •Experience with preparing client reports, managing CRM platforms and the MS Office suite. •Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English and Tagalog. •Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and the ability to work independently.

Flavours Technical Assistant

Responsibilities: Prepare flavour samples and technical documents for client requirement. Conduct sensory evaluations and record results. Maintain accurate records of flavour formulations, testing procedures, and results. Support the development and optimization of flavour prototypes. Collaborate with the flavours development team to troubleshoot issues and refine formulations. Organize and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment. Prepare and manage samples for internal and external evaluations. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the laboratory. Ensure a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Preferably with experience in food and beverage industry, manufacturing and laboratory Basic understanding of flavour chemistry and formulation processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment. Familiarity with flavour evaluation techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Detail-oriented.

MINISTRY

Ministry Administrator

ROLE: Reporting to the Overseers, the role involves strategizing and managing all Ministry Communications and Branding, as well as promoting, coordinating, and establishing relationships with various Partners.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute strategies to manage all forms of media, including print, online, mobile, and social media. Ensure clear and accurate communication, promotion, and publicity of the ministry's events and activities. Responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content that can effectively communicates the messaging of the Ministry.
•Align all communications with the Core Values, Calling, and Strategies of the Ministry.
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ministry, including coordinating creative developments, administration, email and social media posting, database management, and creative assets management.
•Collaborate with the internal and external Audio, Video, IT, and digital groups to produce edifying creative materials.
•Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Overseers.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in mass communication, digital media, multimedia, or related disciplines.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or marketing
•At least 3 years of experience in managing a team.
•Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
•Strong leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
•Good strategic and critical thinking skills, along with the problem-solving abilities.
•Creative and resourceful, with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Organized, meticulous, and able to meet strict deadlines.

HR Supervisor

Managing, formulating, developing and implementing policies, procedures of the company related to all HR functions. Ensure employee development through various internal and external training programs. Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Administration or related field from an accredited college or university. Experience: Equivalent to at least five (5) years work experience in various HR related functions (Recruitment Selection and Staffing, HR Administration, Compensation Benefits & Community Relations). Experience in a managerial capacity is desired.

HR Assistant

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, or any related field from an accredited college or university. Equivalent to at least one (1) year work experience in various HR related functions (Recruitment Selection and Staffing, HR Administration, Compensation Benefits & Community Relations). Knowledge of basic principles and practices of HR administration, Recruitment Selection and Staffing, HR Partner & Community Relations; record keeping and confidentiality.

Marketing Assistant

Copywriter

The role involves crafting compelling and persuasive written content for various mediums, with a focus on SEO and social media. Creative skills will help drive Ministry messaging and engage our target audience (Christian Business Owners), optimizing content for search engines, and managing social media channels.
Responsibilities:
• Write and edit engaging and error-free content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email, and marketing materials.
• Plan and create social media posts, manage content calendars, and engage with the online community.
• Research to understand the target audience, their preferences, and online behavior.
• Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with marketing strategies.
• Contribute to content strategy development and suggest innovative content ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing, and social media trends.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least six months of copywriting experience, with a portfolio showcasing writing skills.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging social media content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a passion for crafting compelling content.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and its strategies.

FRAGRANCE

Technical Assistant

Quality Controller and Laboratory Analyst Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Cosmetic or any equivalent Chemical Technology course. Preferably at least one (1) year work experience in same industry. Computer literate.

HOUSEKEEPING

Performs general cleaning duties in maintaining building premises, grounds, in orderly and functional condition. Provides assistance to employee, visitors and other employees as necessary. Ability to use cleaning common tools such as vacuum cleaner, floor polisher. High school level. With Housekeeping NC ll training
